Tickmill provides a mobile application for account management

created Paweł MosionekNovember 24 2021

International Forex / CFD Broker, Tickmill, created a proprietary mobile application for account management as well as deposit and withdrawal transactions. The program is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Tickmill app - but not for trading

Still trading in Tickmill from the level of mobile devices will take place on the MetaQuotes application, i.e. MetaTrader 4 Mobile, and recently also on MetaTrader 5 Mobile. So why a completely new, separate application? This tool is dedicated to handling trading accounts and the entire user profile. Thanks Tickmill application (this name appears in the AppStore and Google Play) customers can, among other things, open a new account, as well as order a deposit or withdrawal of funds and send documents for profile verification - without the need to log on to the computer.

This is a response to a clear trend that shows the importance of comprehensive investment management from a smartphone. MetaTrader, despite being one of the most popular trading platforms, has undoubtedly been lagging behind newer competitors in some respects. MT4 / 5 does not allow you to fund your account or open a new Live account (and the demo opening is only available for selected brokers). For this purpose, we always have to go to the customer panel on the broker's website, and these in terms of functionality will always stand out from the interface of dedicated applications.

The functions available in the Tickmill application include:

  • The possibility of making deposits and withdrawals,
  • Transfer of funds between accounts,
  • Form for opening a new account,
  • Possibility to upload client's documents,
  • Access to full transaction history,
  • Log in to the customer panel using biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition),
  • Customer service via Live Chat (16 languages available),
  • Access to legal documentation (contracts and regulations),
  • FAQ List - Frequently Asked Questions.
