Tickmill records a record volume turnover in September (up by 58,9% yoy)

British broker Tickmill presented a report on the turnover of the entire capital group for 2018 year. The consolidated volume was USD 117,7 billion, which gives an increase by as much as 58,9% compared to the same period last year. Could the new ESMA guidelines not have a major impact on the activity of traders?

Record beaten

The volume recorded last month is the best result in Tickmill history. In the entire 2018 year, the Group recorded (so far) regular monthly turnover exceeding 100 billion USD (except one month), and the total value of the volume for the previous 9 months is 966,7 billion USD.

The effect is also the elimination of all kinds of "bonus" promotions, which attracted novice traders, but at the same time they were mostly used by brokers offering low quality services.
