TRS Markets on the list of warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

On October 8, 2021 Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced that TRS Markets Ltd., which operates via www.trsmarkets.com, has been added to the list of warnings. We warn you against using the services of this company. Details below.

TRS Markets on the warning list

The entity operating under the TRS Markets brand informs on its website that its headquarters is located in London (City district). In addition, it boasts that it is regulated and has the UK SIC 66110 license number 12743728. The problem is, however, that whatever this number is, it is not a license that authorizes British entities to provide brokerage services in financial markets (to a license is required for this FCA). TRS Markets offers trading up to Forex market but also cryptocurrencies using the MetaTrader 4 platform and with access to the leverage of 1: 1000. The network, however, is full of opinions of victims who complain about problems with the payment of funds deposited there.

The KNF announcement states that the reason is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 in connection with joke. 69 sec. 1 and sec. 2 point 2, 3 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
