UNI-CO is included in the KNF's list of public warnings

On September 15, 2022 Polish Financial Supervision Authority added to the list of warnings a new entity that illegally provides brokerage services in the CFD market, including currencies, stock indices, cryptocurrencies, commodities as well as stocks. I am talking about UNI-CO, which works with the use of 4 different Internet domains. Details below.

Watch out for UNI-CO

Subject UNI-CO was entered on the list of warnings due to the notification under Art. 178 in connection with joke. 69 sec. 2 point 2 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments. The reason is to offer brokerage services in trading financial instruments without having the appropriate permits. The notification is sent by the KNF Office and the case is handled by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The activity is conducted using the domains: https://uni-co.io, https://uni-co.ltd, https://uni-co.tech, https://uni-co.org. Most of them have already been turned off, but the one that remains active states that the activity is carried out by an entity called FORTUNE INVESTMENT GROUP Ltd., registered in the Marshall Islands, registration number and data: 106997, Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960.
