XTB Investing Masterclass is behind us - get a free recordings package

Another, seventh edition took place on Wednesday, October 26th XTB Investing Masterclass - the largest free online conference for investors. The participants of the event were awaited not only by numerous lectures by recognized market practitioners, but also a number of debates with the participation of experts in such areas as geopolitics, energy security and finance. When asked what distinguishes winners and what leads to failure, the chess grandmaster replied, Jan-Krzysztof Duda. The evening was also graced by the former world champion, Joanna Jedrzejczykwho told you how to be successful in your discipline.

This year's conference is the next edition of the XTB Investing Class during which the word inflation it has been influenced by so many occasions. A popular brokerage house already in 2021 organized a free online conference - at that time, what was worth investing in in times of accelerating inflation was discussed, among others, by Przemysław Kwiecień, Ph.D. and the legend of American finance Peter Schiff. Special guest XTB Investing Masterclass 2021 then cautioned against kryptowalutami, indicating, inter alia, the shares of raw materials companies as an example of a good investment that diversifies the risk.

Investments, geopolitics, energy security

How to choose a company for years? How to take advantage of the energy transformation to achieve market success? How to build a simple trading plan based on the Inside Bar? These and other questions were answered by the participants of the XNUMXth edition of the XTB Investing Masterclass during the first part of this free conference. Among the practitioners discussing their views on the markets there are, among others:

• Rafał Glinicki - Trader, expert in the field of Volume Spread Analysis methodology and a practical approach to trading,
• Mieczysław Siudek - former broker, dealer and fund manager at the Investment Fund Company. As the only Pole, he learned Market Geometry directly from Bryce Gilmore,
• Piotr Głowacki - licensed Stock Broker, creator of training and investment projects. He has been investing for over 20 years,
• Marcin Tuszkiewicz - an active investor since 2008, a trained financial analyst.

However, the second part of this year's XTB Investing Masterclass gave a much broader look at the current geopolitical situation, energy security or world finances. During the event, participants of the event had the opportunity to listen to the conversation of Dr. Przemysław Kwiecień, chief economist of XTB with Piotr Wojczal - a lawyer, journalist and enthusiast of geopolitics and international relations. The two talked, among other things, about the potential clash between the two largest economies in the world, i.e. the United States and China.

The following debated on US-Chinese relations, as well as the economic consequences of the war in Ukraine:

• General Waldemar Skrzypczak - Lieutenant General, armored and mechanized troops officer. In the years 2006-2009 he was the commander of the Land Forces,
• prof. Bogdan Goralczyk - Full professor at the European Center of the University of Warsaw, its former director. Political scientist and sinologist, well-known journalist and former diplomat,
• Gen. Jarosław Kraszewski - Brigadier General of the Polish Army, doctor of military sciences. In the years 2013-2015 he was the head of the Rocket Forces and Artillery of the Land Forces,
• Marek Budzisz - Specialist on Russia and the post-Soviet East. Senior fellow at the Strategy & Future think tank.

The direction of the debate was given by the channel known from the Internet The foreign policy, author of the program on international politics, Marcin Kuśmierczyk.

Whether high inflation will stay with us for longer, as well as the prospects for the Polish and global economy, was discussed by a member of the Monetary Policy Council in 2016-2022, prof. Łukasz Hardt, former Minister of Finance Dr. Mateusz Szczurek and Dr. Przemysław Kwiecień. The series of debates ended with a conversation between Marcin Tuszkiewicz and former PGNiG president Piotr Woźniak and XTB analyst Michał Stajniak on the current situation on the raw materials market.

How to be successful? A masterful end to the conference

During the XTB Investing Masterclass, we could also listen to the conversation of the vice-president of the board of the Association of Individual Investors, dr. Michał Masłowski with the chess grandmaster Jan-Krzysztof Duda.
