Statement on reports regarding X-Trade Brokers DM SA
Today, the Puls Biznesu website published an article on the initiation of an investigation by the prosecutor's office regarding violations committed by the largest Polish forex broker - XTB.
The Polish Financial Supervision Authority accuses X-Trade Brokers DM SA of committing a crime under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code and indicates the possibility of 49 violations regarding the handling of transactions and their execution in 2014-2015. The investigation was initiated 18 August this year and is in the process of gathering evidence.
At the moment, the representatives of the brokerage house refute the allegations and inform PB that:
"They have not received any information from the PFSA or the prosecutor's office about the ongoing proceedings of the Commission's notification".
In order to maintain the objectivity of the whole situation, Forex Club, without being indifferent to such reports, after contact with X-Trade Brokers DM SA, is waiting for official reference to the case and allegations and official information from the Commission, the prosecutor's office or the court.
