FXImperium goes to the list of KNF warnings

created Paweł MosionekJanuary 12 2018

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority has entered a new entity on the list of public warnings - Imperium Ltd, the owner of the FXImperium brand (www.fximperium.com). This is another foreign company related to the Forex industry that has joined this infamous group.

KNF warns because ...

The reason for entering the company on the list is the lack of a license, or even KNF notification, which would authorize it to serve Polish clients. What's more, when browsing the broker's website, we do not find any information about licenses. It can therefore be assumed that it is not at all.

Imperium Ltd is registered in the Marshall Islands. On the website we find an extensive offer of trade accounts (advertised as ECN), based on the MetaTrader 4 platform. The minimum deposit is 500 $, however, there are accounts for people with a wallet above 100 000 $. The site itself is extremely simple and apart from the basic address data you will not find a contact telephone.

We strongly recommend increased vigilance, and we warn you against using the services of the above-mentioned broker.
