The KNF is pouring out warnings. There are as many as 15 entities on the "black list"

December 29, 2021 Polish Financial Supervision Authority went to a specific offensive and included 15 new entities on the list, most of which can be related to the Forex, CFD and cryptocurrency market. The scams that the KNF warns against include: 24Trading, IGM Holdings, Cento GX, BTC Capital Group and Quantum Market. Full list and details below.

KNF warns against 15 entities

Less than a week has passed, and the Polish supervision has "gifted" us with another portion of information about suspicious entities. UKNF warns against using the services:

  • Horizon Group Consulting - operating under the website www.horizongroupconsulting.com
  • Asset Group - operating under the trade name of Asset Group, using the website: assetgroup.io; assetgroup.io/pl; assetgroup.cc - through Widdershins Group Ltd
  • Finlay - operating under the trade name Finlay or Finlay Capital, using the website: finlay.io; finlay.capital; finlay.cc - through Widdershins Group Ltd
  • Galaxy Trade - activities conducted through investment platforms: galaxytrade.cc, galaxytrade.co and koleds.capitalmowertor.site
  • IGM Holdings - operating at www.igmholdings.com
  • Cento GX - operating at www.centogx.com
  • Fx Point - through which services were provided by entities using the names Gray Matter Enterprise Ltd, operating under the website www.fxpoint.co
  • 24Trading - through which services were provided by entities using the names Gray Matter Enterprise Ltd, operating under the website www.24trading.co
  • BTC Capital Group - operating at www.btccapitalgroup.com
  • Everest Markets - operating at www.everestmarkets.com
  • York BTC - operating at www.yorkbtc.com
  • York PRO - operating at www.yorkpro.com
  • Astra Horizon - operating under the website www.astrahorizon.com
  • Fino Markets - operating at www.finomarkets.com
  • Quantum Market - operating at www.quantummarket.net

The KNF announcement states that the reason for all entities is the notification regarding the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
