MetaTrader 5 with the ability to make deposits and withdrawals from the platform

created Paweł Mosionek12 Września 2023

MetaQuotes on September 8, 2023, it released a new beta version of the MetaTrader 5 platform marked as 3930. There are several interesting solutions that will certainly appeal to traders.

MetaTrader 5 with deposit and withdrawal options

The new version of MT5 has been enhanced with fund management options, allowing traders to make deposits and withdrawals from within the platform within their trading account. Integration of payment systems with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provides investors with the ability to manage funds with one click, without having to leave the client terminal and log in to the client panel.

CHECK: MetaTrader 4 vs MetaTrader 5 – feature comparison

This function is extremely convenient and has already been adopted on other platforms, such as: xStation, eToro or Plus500. However, there the task was much simpler because it had to be integrated only with the system of one broker. In the case of MetaTrader 5, which is a platform licensed by hundreds of different brokers from around the world, the whole process seems to be much more complicated. Hence, we will probably have to wait to use the deposit/withdrawal option from MT5 until brokers integrate their systems with it.

This is not the end of the news

More news has appeared with the next version of MetaTrader 5. MetaQuotes developers have added support for AVX/AVX2/AVX512 instructions to the MQL5 compiler and the client terminal itself. Now slot creators (expert advisors) can create algorithms that take into account the advanced capabilities of modern processors. This speeds up vector calculations and mathematical operations.

All installation versions, including versions for MetaTrader 4, are now available in 64-bit only. 32-bit installers have been discontinued. Previously installed 32-bit versions of the platforms will work until January 1, 2024.

MT5 terminal in the web version also gained some new features - a custom trading history period was added, the initial loading of the terminal was faster, and the ability to change/delete and save the password was added.

Minimum password complexity requirements have also been increased, namely:

  • password length – at least 8 characters
  • password must contain at least 1 character, uppercase and lowercase letters, at least 1 number and at least 1 special character.

The update will be available via the Live Update system.
