TMS Brokers releases its own mobile platform

Mobile trading is the future. Without a doubt, we are seeing a tendency where, with the development of mobile devices, their importance among traders is growing. The computer is less and less becoming an indispensable tool to invest on Forex / CFD marketor the stock exchange.

They see such a relationship above all brokerzytrying to attract (and retain) customers by offering them newer and more advanced solutions that will favor the comfort of investing. One of the Polish brokers - TMS Brokers decided to take a bold step. Despite the available, ready-made trading platforms, he decided to use his own proprietary mobile application dedicated to trading.

We talked with the project manager, Piotr Kardasz, Marketing Manager at TMS Brokers, about the implemented strategy and the newly-created application.

Forex Club (FC): Where did the idea to create your own mobile application come from?

Piotr Kardasz, TMS Brokers (PK): We have been watching the mobile applications market for a long time. Ready trading applications are complex tools - they have many options, but they are completely detached from what the broker actually offers. We especially wanted to transfer both the offer and the high quality of customer service to our mobile platform. We wanted it to contain all the most important elements, but at the same time it was intuitive to use. We have succeeded - thanks to the range of functions we offer, we facilitate trading for our clients. They are becoming more and more mobile, so we meet their expectations and we make trading in TMS also mobile. Thanks to this, we have the opportunity to develop in a new direction and think about more and more innovative solutions.

FC: What distinguishes the TMS Brokers application from popular mobile platforms available on the market (MT4 Mobile, MT5 Mobile, cTrader Mobile)?

PK: First of all, simplicity. Trading in the TMS Brokers application is fast, convenient and intuitive. In addition, we have enriched it with special functions, such as a quick position calculator, handling payments to the account or investor sentiment. Our full customer service, supplemented with additional facilities, is also available in the application. It is, among others, a message system - notifications about investment opportunities for our clients, prepared by analysts, as well as notifications regarding the account and transactions.

FC: To what kind of trader in terms of style of trade and experience is the application addressed?

PK: We notice that the model of using devices is changing and therefore, we want to adapt our offer to a modern customer. The one who spends more time in front of his smartphone screen than the computer. Trading is currently moving to the mobile world, but will soon be present mainly there. Until now, most clients used the application only to monitor their positions or minor modifications to transactions. Soon it will be a much wider range of operations. That is why we are expanding our application to make it friendly for both novice investors and advanced traders. The latter will surely be satisfied with the speed and simplicity of the application. The main screen can be adjusted to your preferences, it is legible and contains all the most important information. For people who are just entering the world of trading, push notifications with interesting market information will certainly be helpful, as well as investor sentiment, i.e. the attitude of other traders to the market. All these elements make the application flexible and may appeal to many traders.

FC: Speaking of a much wider range of operations - are you able to reveal some secrets of what we can expect in the future?

PK: We want to constantly improve our application, so we will work with traders to work out solutions that are most convenient and effective for them. In addition, speaking of the range of activities, I also had in mind the various elements that make trading more attractive, such as the ongoing contest in the demo version of the application. It's a good way to get to know and test our application, and also to win attractive prizes.
