cTrader version 3.5 Beta now available

Today Spotware has released a new version of its flagship work - the cTrader transaction platform with the designation 3.5 in the desktop version. For now, only a test version is available, but practice shows that usually within 1-3 months of Beta, the final product is released.

New in cTrader 3.5

No more than 2 weeks ago We informed about the appearance of the final version with the 3.3 designation, which introduced a number of facilities, including support for Renko and Range Bars charts. This time we have information about new products, although only beta-testers will be able to use them at the moment. Below we list the most important of the changes.

Active Symbol Panel (ASP)

 The new active symbol panel provides detailed information on the selected instrument, such as market sentiment, market details, statistics and trading hours, volatility, leverage and market depth. Thanks to ASP, we can also quickly open new charts, change symbols and conclude transactions. The user also has the option of connecting graphs and the ASP panel to each other.

Merged side menu

There's a new left-hand menu that brings all your apps, settings, and watchlist together in one place. The new menu includes a full screen mode, switching themes, sounds and language selection buttons at the top. The symbol finder and watch lists are embedded in the side menu in the Trade application, then in the Automation and Analysis application. Thanks to this, the navigation and saving space in the platform window has improved.

New layout modes

New layouts have been introduced, such as Show Active Symbol Panel i Show Tradewatch. By removing ticks from both and collapsing menus, traders will be able to see only the graphs, gaining a larger view field. New layout options are available on the menu bar and settings panel.

Live Renko Bar has been added

In the 3.3 version, Renko charts appeared. Now, to get a fuller picture of price movement, the bars from Renko charts are created in real time.

Improved visual design and application layout

The 3.5 version received improved graphics of interface elements, controls and application layout, gaining first of all in terms of aesthetics.

cTrader Automate 3.5

The update also covers the part responsible for automatic trading. The Automate module already creates a common application with cTrader intended for trade (previously as cAlgo it was a completely separate program). Here is the list of the most important changes:

• The new look of the cBot list and indicators,
• New methods and functions available in the cTrader API,
• cBot's can be saved in chart templates.

Spotware focuses on development

The Cyprus trading platform is developing very dynamically. Thanks to systematic monitoring of opinions reported by users (this option is available from the application level), which are taken into account when developing subsequent updates, the multitude of options is significant and meets the requirements of an increasing number of traders.
