IC Markets (again) is lowering the spreads on currencies

IC Markets, one of the largest and most popular Forex brokers in recent years, announced a reduction in spreads on major currency pairs. This is a continuation of the activities announced by the CEO of IC Markets - Andrew Budziński - already a few months ago, talking about willingness "Ensuring the best trading conditions and the lowest spreads".

IC Markets is reducing spreads on Standard accounts

The positive changes include 6 major pairs on Standard accounts, i.e. accounts where there is only a transaction spread (no additional commission). Although RAW accounts, where there is a settlement in the form of market spread + commission, are still the most profitable (especially taking into account commission rebate -21% Forex Club), however, Standard accounts are popular mainly among less experienced traders due to a more transparent visualization of transaction costs.

• AUD / USD - 0,748 pips
• EUR / USD - 0,618 pips
• GBP / USD - 0,902 pips
• USD / CAD - 0,888 pips
• USD / CHF - 0,850 pips
• USD / JPY - 0,932 pips

This is another great news for customers IC Markets this year. At the end of May, the broker announced the addition of 1000 new instruments to its offer (CFDs on stocks and cryptocurrencies) and reduction of spreads on major pairs and indices (on German DAX the average spread is just 0,5 pips). In April it was decided on the abolition of fees for withdrawing funds by bank transfer (previously it was 20 AUD regardless of the amount). IC Markets already at the beginning of March this year boasted of record-breaking turnover results and there are many indications that this trend is now continuing.
