Current WIG20 rate - real-time chart

WIG20 is a Polish stock exchange index that brings together 20 largest companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The index was launched on April 16, 1994 with a base value of 1000 points. When calculating it, only the prices of the transactions included in it are used (price-type index). The WIG20 index may not include more than five companies from the same sector. The list of companies included in the W20 is determined after the last session in January - then the so-called annual audit - be April, July and October - the so-called quarterly revision. Based on the weighted average volume of turnover and capitalization, it is determined whether the composition of the index changes or not.

Among the companies listed under the WIG20 index we will find companies such as PKO BP, Pekao SA, mBank, KGHM Polska Miedź or CD Projekt.
